British Council Digital resources in the classroom project
Training Delivery Supplier for Teachers on the use of Digital resources in the classroom
The British Council seeks to procure six suppliers to deliver its Teacher Training on the use of Digital resources in the classroom to English teachers in Beni Mellal for a period of five months with an option for an extension for up to an additional year. We welcome bids from individual suppliers as well as from organisations offering individual trainers.

Introduction and background
Integrating ICT in the Moroccan classroom is a priority for education policy makers, practitioners and students. A policy framework is in place and numerous digital learning projects have already been undertaken. This project will help develop the use of digital resources in Moroccan classrooms by mapping the content of LearnEnglish teens website to the Moroccan english curriculum (Year 9 and 10 ) .
The core purpose of the British Council’s work in this project is to introduce and develop regular use of digital resources in the English classroom in Morocco through:
- Strategies to integrate digital resources in the classroom and easy access to up-to-date digital teaching resources to complement English textbooks;
- Mapping the content of LearnEnglish teens website to the Moroccan curricula;
- Practice sessions to initiate and support teachers to deliver English classes based on blended learning .
- Sharing British Council expertise and resources with ELT teachers in Morocco
