- University or advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Vocational Training, Business Administration, Economic Development, Education or related field.
- Prior experience designing and implementing TVET, workforce development, and youth employment programs.
- Prior experience in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region is necessary; prior experience in Morocco is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and French required. Strong proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in partnership management with Moroccan private sector and industry is preferred.
