Chemonics International seeks candidates for the positions of Arabic Language Curriculum Specialist, Teacher Professional Development Specialist/Training Specialist, Education Specialist(s) and Research and Monitoring Specialist for the USAID’s $17,500,000 Reading For Success- National Program for Reading (RFS-NPR) request for proposals.
The project is part of USAID’s Reading For Success (RFS) initiative. The principal purpose of the project will be to support the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MOE) in its efforts to enhance educational attainment for Moroccan children at the primary level by improving Arabic reading instruction. This project comprises two main components. The first component is the analytical component, and includes analysis and awareness raising activities on the reading context in schools and communities. The second component is the experimentation and scale up component that launched the development of evidence-based approaches that will guide decision-making and education reform activities that improve reading and writing competencies nationally for grades 1-4.
