SALARY : Gross Salary DH 164,902 p.a. (Starting Salary based on 40 hours including allowances and bonus. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Rabat is seeking an individual for the position of Secretary in the Financial Management Office. Detailed position description is available at USAID/EXO.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
As a member of USAID/Morocco Financial Management Office (FMO), the Secretary is responsible for performing a full range of financial and administrative functions of the FMO. The job holder carries out and coordinates all of the day-to-day administrative support activities and financial duties required by the FMO.

Education: Completion of Secondary School plus one year of completion of college or technical study in accounting, finance, auditing or business administration is required.
Experience: One year of administrative/secretary experience is required.
Language: English, level IV (fluent) is required. French and Arabic at a level III (good working knowledge) is also required.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to identify applicable regulations, interpret technical regulations, and apply these regulations; ability to analyze numerous accounting records and determine the need for the type of entries/adjustments and reconciliations; ability to use data processing techniques; ability to type and use office scanner/photocopier/calculator; ability to organize work and meet deadlines; exercise discretion with dealing with personal information; and proficiency in the entire MS Office application suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint).
