About USAID Career Center
FHI 360 and partners, International Research and Exchange Board (IREX), Education for Employment (EFE) and Golden Resources (GR), are implementing the USAID Career Center in Morocco. The activity is being implemented in close coordination with the Government of Morocco (GOM) counterparts, the Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Education. The goal of the USAID
Career Center program is to improve youth employability in Morocco utilizing a systemic approach, fostering and encouraging stronger connections between public and private sector actors, educators, employers, relevant Moroccan governmental institutions and most importantly Moroccan youth themselves. Over four (4) years, the program seeks to improve the employability of at least 100,000
Moroccan youth via the establishment of six (6) physical pilot Career Centers and a Virtual Career Center, ensuring that young people are engaged and receiving quality career services.
About the Role
EFE-Maroc is seeking a Program Manager to fulfill EFE’s responsibilities under the USAID Career Center program. He/she will manage program activities by overseeing all training, partnership and reporting activities, to ensure timely completion and adherence to the work plan. He/she will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations.
