SUMMARY: Counterpart International is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist for a USAID-funded Civil Society Strengthening program in Morocco.
The program supports civil society organizations (CSOs) to contribute more effectively to lawmaking and the public policy process, as well as the Government of Morocco to engage civil society in developing, implementing, and overseeing public policy. With the support of the Chief of Party (COP) and headquarters staff, the M&E Specialist is responsible for designing and managing the process of monitoring and evaluating project activities and managing reflection and learning. S/he prepares and updates the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (MELP) and ensures and verifies data integrity. The M&E Specialist should have competence and extensive past experience relevant to monitoring and evaluating projects in the field. This position is open to local candidates and to candidates with a valid work permit only.
